We are a French-Turkish team of 6 experts entirely dedicated to the commercialisation of products and services in Turkey.
At the heart of TURnKEY are two French businessmen with unique expertise inTurkey. With one based in Istanbul, the other in Paris, they act in a highly complementary way across the two markets.
Since 2004, TURnKEY has thus guided more than fifty French companies in their operational research for customers, suppliers and partners in the Turkish market.
Our methodology is operational (Management by Objective) and our expertise spans across multiple industry sectors for both products and services.

With rich and varied commercial experience coming from various professional horizons, we made the decision, in creating TURnKEY in 2004, to operationally accompany your company’s development in the Turkish market.
Frederic FARRE Graduate of Bordeaux Business School, Frederic has more than 17 years of experience as an Export Manager in various sectors (automotive, food, IT). Founder of TURnKEY in 2004 and particularly passionate about Turkey and its history, he assists French and Turkish companies in their development. Amateur photographer: many of the photographs on this site are by him.
Inane GÜRBÜZ Graduate of ESCP-EAP (European School of Management in Paris), Inane has 7 years of experience as a business developer in the sectors of clothing and computing, in particular at DELL and BULL. Associate and cofounder of TURnKEY in Paris, he supports Turkish companies in the development in France. Accomplished sportsman, he is a French champion in karate (2nd league).
Cem KAPANCI Foreign Trade Advisor from Belgium, Cem Kapanci has more than 35 years professional experience. In particular he developed his career in the Belgian Government and in industry sectors such as safety equipment and electronic systems. As well as coordinating relations between Turkish and foreign firms, he also supports foreign firms in Turkey. He loves telling jokes … Belgian ones particularly.
Simay KOCAOGLAN Graduate in International Relations and Master in Political Sciences from the University of Galatasaray, Simay has more than 3 years experience in the field of market sector research and business development for French companies in Turkey in all sectors of industry. She is passionate about literature and modern history.
Dilek TUNC. Graduate in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Galatasaray. With 9 years experience in prospecting and market research, Dilek is well versed in the accompaniment of small French companies in Turkey. Currently, he is primarily focused on the automotive sector.
